While we also enjoy the beauty of Malmok beach and the fine sands of Palm Beach and Eagle beach, Arashi is world class and is just a few miles away. The sand and scenery both are just lovely. Away from the hotels, it generally isn't crowded and often is virtually deserted at the end of the day. Those who do come are mostly locals and bring a flavor that we adore. For us, a perfect day in Aruba ends by bringing the beach chairs (found in the bath house) to Arashi beach and reading and soaking it in and finishing with a splash.
As the Arubans say, "Hopi bon!!!" -- Very good!!!
Palm Beach (near the hotels in the distance) is a 1/2 mile walk from the house. Parasailing and other water sports are just to the north.
Malmok Beach, between Palm Beach and Arashi Beach is scenic and has picnicing and walking trails.
Malmok picnic areas and walking trails are less visited, offering a semi-private beach.
Arashi Beach is just beautiful and never too crowded.
