Flowering gardens, front and back, are enclosed by a high privacy wall. There is a wide veranda around the whole house. The pool with Brazilian fieldstone deck, lounges, grill and an outdoor dining area are in the rear garden. The full length living room/dining room with decorated tile floor has double doors leading to the back veranda and pool area.
The living room has cable TV with a DVD player. Four recliners, an oversize beanbag chair and a rocker offer a warm social atmosphere. The well-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, six-burner stove, coffee-maker, microwave, toaster-oven, etc., etc.
The first floor master suite has a king bed, an armchair and a bathroom with a large walk-in closet and two sink areas. A safe and an iron and ironing board are in the master bedroom closet. (We don't know whether you are less likely to use the safe or the iron, but we really tried to make sure you would have everything.)
The second floor has two spacious bedrooms with king beds and walk-in closets and a full bath. There's a roll-away bed in each upstairs closet.
There is air conditioning throughout, with a ceiling fan in the central entryway for circulation.
The bath house behind the pool has laundry facilities, a half bath and an outside shower.
The house has wireless internet access. Telephone is included - international and local minutes are available in packages from 0.25/minute.
Agave Gardens is located in Kamay, a residential neighborhood in the Palm Beach area of Aruba. The best beaches and many shops, restaurants and recreation are a short walk or drive.
